Measure around your thigh about 4 in (10 cm) above the knee and check the size guide. Between two sizes, take the bigger one. These run small.

Check the size chart before you order. Wrong size anyway? Email support@ridgebrace.com within 14 days of delivery, while they're unworn, and we'll help you swap once.

The top band has rows of silicone dots on the inside that grip your skin, so it stays put.

Nylon, spandex, latex, silk and silicone. It contains latex, so skip it if you're allergic to latex.

Hand wash cold with a mild detergent and let it air dry.

No. It's a light compression sleeve that gives a little extra support on the way down. Keep using your poles and see a doctor if your knee hurts a lot.

If your sleeves arrive damaged or defective, or you got the wrong item, email support@ridgebrace.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo and we'll replace them or refund you. Ordered the wrong size? Email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll help you swap. We don't offer refunds for a change of mind.
