Where we ship
We only ship to the United States for now.
Shipping cost
Shipping to the US is free.
How long it takes
Orders leave our fulfillment partner within 1 to 3 business days. Most orders arrive 2 to 3 weeks after you order. If we can't ship your order within that time, we'll email you and you can choose to wait or to cancel for a full refund.
Tracking
You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also find it when you log in, under Orders.
Import duties
For US orders, import duties are included in our price. You won't pay anything extra when your order arrives.
Check your address
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If your order comes back because the address was wrong or incomplete, or because nobody picked it up, email us and we'll work out reshipping with you. Reshipping may cost extra.
Order not arrived?
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of ordering, email us at support@ridgebrace.com and we'll send a new one or refund you.
Tracking says delivered but you can't find it?
Check around your door, your mailbox and with your neighbors first. Then email us within 7 days of the delivery date. We'll go through the carrier's tracking details with you and help you sort it out.
